Uttarakhand Kranti Dal (UKD) leader Ashutosh Negi was released from Suddhowala Jail in Dehradun, where he was greeted with enthusiasm by his supporters.
Supporters welcomed him with garlands and chants, showcasing their strong backing for the leader.
Speaking to the media immediately after his release, Negi launched a scathing attack on the government, calling his arrest a politically motivated conspiracy. He claimed that the charges against him were fabricated to suppress his voice.
Ashutosh Negi was arrested following allegations of forcefully entering a hotel, threatening the owner, and using abusive language. He has strongly denied the accusations and vowed to continue his political fight.
The incident has stirred political debate in the state, with UKD leaders demanding a fair investigation and accusing the administration of targeting opposition voices.
